In a Holistic somatic coaching container we will cover:

Nervous System Regulation - Develop a robust nervous system capable of handling modern life's complexities, stress, and a wide range of emotions, including those you've been avoiding.

Brain Retraining - Understand how the brain's patterns and narratives, shaped by past experiences, can disconnect us from the body. These past events significantly influence our perception of the world, shaping our reality. However, neuroplasticity's remarkable ability allows us to modify our thought patterns, creating a transformative shift in our reality.

Somatics - Engage Somatic inquiry in a collaborative process with our bodies. Instead of resisting and creating internal conflict, we can listen attentively to its needs and desires. Breathwork - Harnessing the breath as a potent tool for nervous system regulation empowering you with daily techniques to cultivate a sense of grounding and connection. Prices

I hold 3 month containers as a minimum. Following the initial three-month period, clients may opt to extend their coaching on a month-to-month basis
