I created the Breathe Better course to help you regain control of your breath. I've been coaching clients in these techniques for over a year now and have seen them make incredible progress. I learned these techniques through my training with Oxygen Advantage (OA). During my studies, I realised how important it is for everyone to understand how our breath is affected by stress, especially if you've been dealing with chronic stress for a long time.

When I was recovering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, I found some of the OA techniques really challenging because of the stress my body was under. So, I modified them to fit my needs, and over time, I started seeing results. I felt more in control of my breathing, my breath was slower and more regulated, I wasn't gasping for air anymore, and my nervous system felt much calmer. That's when I decided to put everything I learned into this course.

Breathe Better combines the science behind these breathing techniques with guided exercises to help you put them into practice. Don't worry, I've made the science easy to understand.

While these techniques helped my recovery from Chronic Fatigue, you don't need to have any chronic illness to benefit from this course. If you're feeling stressed or anxious, this course can help you find calmness and control.

Unlike other breathing programs that offer a bunch of random exercises, Breathe Better guides you through a personalised plan based on your BOLT (breath oxygen level test) score. As your BOLT score improves, you'll progress to different exercises, ensuring that you're always challenged at the right level.

Think of these breathing techniques like going to the gym for your breath. Just like you exercise to strengthen your muscles, you practise these techniques to strengthen your breath (but don't worry, it's way easier than going to the gym!).

This course will guide you over the next few months, using the techniques in the program to build on you BOLT score and see the changes in your breath, if you consistently use these techniques you'll experience:
